Representative Mackie brought up reconsideration of the vote on                
CSHJR 13(O&G) (page 208).                                                      
                                                                               
The following was again before the House in third reading:                     
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 13 (O&G)                                    
Urging the United States Congress to pass legislation to open the             
coastal plain of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, Alaska, to oil           
and gas exploration, development, and production.                              
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall CSHJR 13(O&G) pass the
